We unconditionally guarantee your final satisfaction if you adhere to your responsibilities of a consumer of custom manufactured goods, as these goods have no value to anyone except you. If you adhere to these responsibilities, we will do whatever is necessary to ensure you are a satisfied customer.
Your Responsibilities
If you are unfamiliar with the product you have chosen, we strongly suggest you order an unembroidered sample to verify its suitability. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered product unless the product or the embroidery is defective.
We will provide a proof of your custom embroidery to ensure it meets your approval. Please make sure you review the proof on a timely basis and request any changes you feel are needed. If there is any concern, please request a pre-production sample.
Return Policy
Returns of samples must be received within 45 days of the original order. We will issue a credit for the full amount of the product you returned.
Should you find any defect in any order, please notify us as soon as possible. Any defective product or embroidery will be replaced at no charge to you. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered products unless the product or the embroidery is defective.
