Embroidery in one location up to 10,000 stitches. The following charge apply per item:

There is an additional charge when your design requires more than 10,000 stitches.. Most designs are considerably less than 10,000 stitches. The following extra charges apply per item:

There are no quantity discount related to these charges. The charge applies to each item embroidered. For instance, if you order 48 shirts with a design of 14,500 stitches, there will be an extra charge of 48 X $2.00 or $96.00.

There is an additional charge, when your design is required in more than one location. The following extra charges apply per additional location per item:

When you send a graphic, we will respond with an overall assessment and an initial stitch count estimate. When you place an order, if your graphic is estimated to be more than 10,000 stitches, we will include an line charge based on the estimate. After you have approved your design, the line charge will be adjusted to reflect the actual stitch count of your design.

To some extent, stitch count is a function of area. If your design includes a large flat area of fill stitches, you may choose to let the garment show through to reduce stitches. Outlines use a disproportionate number of stitches so be careful about including too many outlines. Our design specialists will be happy to help you evaluate ways to reduce stitch count if you wish.

Sometimes a picture is worth quite a few words. Under our samples page you can see some designs along with their stitch counts and sizes. The designs are not to scale but you will probably recognize that detail in the stitches. If you would like to have a stitch count of your design, send your logo and we will respond by e-mail with a stitch count estimate and any suggestions that may be appropriate.

A design (up to 10,000 stitches) with no digitizing or setup fees. Our prices do not include shipping. If your design exceeds 10,000 stitches and/or an additional location, there is an additional charge.

We chose the simplified approach because it's easier and more straight-forward. Other suppliers may ask you to pay setup or digitizing fees. There may be an additional per-item charge for embroidery. If you have a high stitch count design, you will probably have some type of additional charge for extra stitches.

The only way to accurately compare prices is to total all the charges for each supplier and compare the totals.

When you order more, the fixed cost of manufacturing per unit your order is lower and we pass the savings on to you. The quantity pricing will be used on garments of 12 or more. If you order 12 or more items you will get the garment at a wholesale price as long as we USA embroider the garment.
